When you download a 360° Background file from Backlot 360°, you’re buying a standard license that lets you use the file in any projects you create for any personal, business or commercial purpose.

Backlot 360° Backgrounds cannot be sold or given away without modification to the original source file.

Files can be used in advertising, marketing, apps, websites, social media, TV and film, presentations, newspapers, magazines and books, and product packaging, among hundreds of other uses.

There is no expiration or end date on your rights to use the content.

You do not have exclusive rights to use the content.

Backlot 360° will license the same content to other customers.

You can use the content in an unlimited number of projects and in any media.

You may not use content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute content as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use).

You can not use content in electronic or digital templates intended for resale or other distribution (for example, website templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, brochure design templates).

Downloadable content is for a single user. The seat/user restrictions refer to the raw file of content, not the end project or use.

Backlot 360° does not offer refunds for downloaded files.
